I am an effective team player and leadership is one of my skills. I like to work by the philosophy get the things done right and get them right the first time. Ethics and integrity are inherent part of my personality and come to me naturally. My focus has always been on learning. I believe that one might get to learn new things from the most unlikely persons in the most unthought-of situations. I therefore keep myself open to it. This makes me flexible in switching roles between a leader and a follower. Such a skill is paramount as it facilitates good team dynamics My previous job have groomed me to handle pressure and at the same time get things done. They involved a great deal of independent decision making, initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I am able to take on the responsibility immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
