As a highly experienced Business Analyst, I have a proven track record of success in the retail industry. My expertise in various analytical tools and technologies, such as SQL, Google Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel, Power BI, has allowed me to effectively support various departments and teams in achieving their key objectives. Furthermore, I have also supported the HR department by tracking staff KPI's and managing rota's based on expected traffic, in addition to supporting Procurement by leading central ordering process, ensuring Days of Inventory on hand are within the set limits and communicating dormant and obsolete SKUs for clearance and delisting.
