About Mxolisi Luthuli

My name is Mxolisi Luthuli. i recently have been employed by MAN TRUCK & BUS Assembly Plant on a one year fixed term contract, under Quality Department. The reason I took the job was my my passion for continuous improvement, ensuring that processes produce products that exceed customer expectations and striving for zero defects. Quality is a collective effort therefore the most important lessons I have learned are how to become a better team player, the importance of encouraging a collaborative spirit within a team, the importance of earning my teams trust and being reliable. Also being able to work efficiently individually, remaining focused and highly vigilant, improve my problem solving skills and the manner at which I handle challenges. I aspire to be a Quality Engineer one day therefore I am still very much eager to learn and acquire different experiences/skills that will allow me to develop personally and professionally.
