About Mya Bezaire

I am a University student studying communication & media studies, who is interested in pursuing advertising, Public Relations, or media marketing, and I presently works as an administrative and marketing coordinator, where I gets to use and develop all of my current skills, including Mailchimp, Adobe photoshop & Premiere, as well as Google and Microsoft Office products. I have a passion for social media and content creation and have run many social media accounts in the past, including @filmcampforkids,@hcuwindsor, and @lasernews. I also have experience with email marketing, blogging, film & video editing, and graphic design. Previously, I have led many creative and technical projects, including St. Joseph High School's audio/visual team as we prepared for the Ontario Drama Festival (2018-2020), Poster design and social media management for St. Joseph's Winter Ball (2019) and Prom (2020), as well as direct St. Joseph's annual staff lip-sync music video, which has received 2.8 thousand views (2020). In 2020, I received the Laser 'Angel' Humility award, given to a graduating student who does impeccable amount of work for the school, without needing a reason to do it. I was also the first recipient of the Dennis Byrne Memorial scholarship, which is given to students who are dedicated to doing work for technical, creative, and communicative aspects for the school. I also received a red seal of her diploma for being apart of the Specialist High School Major program for visual art and graphic design.
