About Mya Campbell

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare management, I lead the business and clinical operations of 14 physician practices at OhioHealth, a not-for-profit, faith-based health system. I have a master's degree in epidemiology, which gives me a unique perspective and expertise in improving the health outcomes and quality of care of our patients and communities. I am involved in several initiatives within the primary care service line, such as enhancing provider productivity, standardizing panel size for physicians and APPs, and implementing a new AI tool to assist with provider efficiencies and burnout. I use Epic reports to create and analyze data that help optimize our performance and profitability. In the past, I successfully led the transition of a solo OBGYN practice into a hospital-based operation, as well as the adoption of Epic across multiple practices. Participant in various groups and programs that support the wellness, innovation, and collaboration of our staff and patients. I am passionate about advancing the mission and vision of OhioHealth, which is to improve the health of those we serve. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to learn, grow, and contribute to the organization and the community.
