About Myilin Ray

Supervision isn’t just a noun or title for me. In this role, I have the greatest opportunity to impact my staff in the most effective way. I am driven to boost team morality, establish a vigorous structure to achieve goals, and create innovative solutions for my team members. My dedication is to be the supervisor that a company needs – while being a structure leader, I want to create an environment of communication, confidence and positivity. From law enforcement to the transportation industry, I have adapted easily to every workplace. Some of my greatest achievements includes winning the Georgia State Patrol Dispatcher Outstanding Achievement award in 2020. While employed with the Department of Public Safety, I received continuous recognition for “The Communicator”, a newsletter I created for the Georgia State Patrol Communications Center in 2019-2020. I was promoted very quickly within my dispatcher position because of my passion for helping the Metro-Atlanta community and its’ local agencies. Career development is my top priority – I desire to further my career within management. I look forward to obtaining the opportunity as an Operations and Staff Manager. In the meantime, I will continue to sharpen my abilities and expertise by attending educational opportunities, learning from my management, and sharing my knowledge amongst my team.
