Market research professional with a strong foundation in project management, data quality, and insights generation, currently serving as a Research Coordinator on the Primary Research Team at Edelman DXI, the data and intelligence arm of Edelman. In this role, I have successfully supported and executed over 500 research projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring that clients receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights to guide business and communication strategies. My experience spans the full research lifecycle, from scoping and bidding, vendor and stakeholder management, and questionnaire/screener/discussion guide development to translation, programming, and rigorous data cleaning. I regularly lead kick-off calls to align expectations and maintain project momentum. I’ve also been at the forefront of integrating AI-driven quality assurance tools (Sentry, Open Assist, Redem) into workflows, enhancing data integrity and efficiency. My technical toolkit includes Microsoft Excel (advanced macros), Forsta Surveys (Decipher), SPSS, Crosstabs, XML, and emerging AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Bard, and Copilot. Prior to Edelman DXI, I served as Laboratory Manager in the Neuroscience Department at Nova Southeastern University, where I oversaw daily operations, supervised and trained a team of research assistants, and maintained compliance across multiple labs. I contributed to published research, developed master data systems, and provided mentorship to students exploring careers in neuroscience and experimental psychology. I hold a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nazareth College, building my academic foundation in research methodology, data analysis, and human behavior.
