About Mykyta Kovalenko

At my current role as a Mechanical Engieer at J&C Aero I work on custom cabin interior solutions for commercial aircraft. That includes the mechanical design itself, prototyping (CNC machining and cutting, 3D printing etc.), preparation of drawings and technical documentation for certification according to EASA requirements, FEM and structural testing.I have started my career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Viniaus Baldai, working on design and application of enhancements for automated furniture manufacturing equipment. As a part of my professional growth, I became involved into Kaizen, 5S and Lean Manufacturing activities, as well as into the design of new automated devices, process analysis and communication with suppliers and contractors.I mostly work with Solidworks (3D design, drafting, FEA/simulations, macros), but I am also highly proficient with AutoCAD and Fusion360 as a part of previous work experience and hobbies.
