Background

About Myles Bean

Completing a BSc in Chemistry with Sports Science was not enough. I went on to complete an MSc in Pharmaceutical and Analytical Science to strengthen my understanding of regulated, science-led manufacturing environments.Alongside my studies at Loughborough University, I competed as a semi-professional rugby player. That experience shaped how I operate today through disciplined preparation, accountability under pressure and the ability to perform when outcomes matter.Following the end of my playing career due to injury, I transitioned that competitive mindset into the life sciences sector. I now apply both my technical education and performance-driven background to support pharma and biotech organisations delivering complex programmes. My work sits closely around CAPEX investment, CQV execution and MSAT support, where engineering, quality and manufacturing readiness must align to meet regulatory and operational timelines. I partner directly with client leadership teams and senior specialists to support site builds, expansions and remediation activities across live GMP environments.I operate in a highly client-facing capacity, focused on trust, clarity and long-term partnership, ensuring both clients and candidates receive a consistently high standard of service in high-pressure, regulated settings.
