About Mylie Thompson

I have over ten years of experience in overseeing all aspects of organizational messaging, including developing and updating branding guidelines, coaching others on effective communication, fundraising writing, and sourcing and producing original content that reflects organizational work and achievements. I am passionate about nature, equity, and inspiring change.I am open to marketing and development opportunities in the nonprofit sector, as well as, content creation and marketing opportunities in the pet industry. My favorite work days are those spent with a cozy mug of tea and a curled-up pup at my feet while I craft content to get folks in touch with things they love and need. I went to college in Utah so I could study physical geography and have classes outdoors in both red rock canyons and snow-capped mountains. I love my dog and being outdoors, and being outdoors with my dog. I also enjoy traveling, especially to parts of the world that experience things like polar night, to get different perspectives on coexisting with nature's rhythms.
