Psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Vienna, Virginia. Expert at helping people get unstuck and be more effective in their professional, personal and creative lives using EMDR, mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavior therapy, hypnosis and solution focused therapy. I have a full private practice in therapy. I come to private practice with a love of networking and collaborating. I am a poet and writer and artist and singer, so the creative impulse is one that I nurture in myself and others. I have a special interest in using family systems thinking and understanding of how the brain works to help myself and others to be effective in their connections to people and the work they do. I co-lead Silent Retreats and Poets & Writers & Artists retreats in the mountains of West Virginia because I need to go away and be quiet, to think and be creative and I enjoy inviting other people to join me!
