Technology is a gateway into an entire company's operations. What I like best about my work is using technology to empower my co-workers to add value to ABC Compounding but also as learning experiences for the employee. My non-traditional educational path in communications, languages, and theology has perfectly translated into understanding business structures and processes. My education has also influenced my business communication and listening skills. Working as an operations, technology, and finance professional allows me to affect the performance of my company but to also help my co-workers to learn new skills and develop their own careers. Engaging people through new learning opportunities is a positive for both my employer and my co-workers. There is always more than one way to accomplish a task in business; there is always something new to learn. I succeed by using the tools at hand to find creative solutions.
