About Myra Happe

I’m a clinical research scientist with a background in immunology, infectious diseases, and oncology. I’ve supported Phase I, II, and IV clinical trials, including more than 15 early-stage vaccine and biologic studies, as well as two post-marketing vaccine trials in immunocompromised populations. My expertise lies in data analysis and translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.I communicate scientific findings through peer-reviewed publications (15+ publications with over 400 citations), regulatory writing (e.g,clinical protocols, CSRs, IBs, ICFs), and presentations tailored to a wide range of audiences. I also contributed to the 6th edition of Clinical Immunology: Principles and Practice (Vaccines chapter) and serve as a peer reviewer—opportunities that allow me to share my expertise while continuing to learn from others in the field.Collaboration has been central to my work, from supporting multi-site trials across the U.S, Uganda, and South Africa to partnering with cross-functional teams, HCPs, and KOLs. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for diverse perspectives and the value of teamwork in advancing meaningful research. I’m driven by a commitment to medical innovation and improving patient outcomes.
