I began my recruiting career by chance in 1997 and felt an instant connection to the work. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across recruiting, operations, and accounting. For the past 13 years, my focus has been on accounting and finance recruitment and placement—along with several executive-level roles in other areas such as HR and Operations. I talk with people every day—not just to recruit, but to learn about their industries, understand market trends, and build genuine business relationships. After so many years in this profession, I’ve learned the value of honesty and partnership. I’m not the recruiter who tells someone what they want to hear just to close a deal, nor am I the “yes” person who promises anything to win a client. I’m here for real conversations and real connections. I originally joined MGR because the owner truly cared—about his team, about delivering quality service, and about partnering with the right clients. Everyone on the team came from an accounting background and understood the work firsthand. When MGR was sold in 2021, I chose to stay because I wanted to continue the story. Today, our team still operates with the same mission: connecting great accounting professionals with companies that genuinely value their skills. There are no “purple unicorn” myths here—just a group of dedicated people who take pride in building lasting relationships and making matches that make sense for both sides.
