About Myra M. M.

I have 15+ years of experience in instructional design, higher education administration, human resources, training, and DEIB policy and program development. I am a values-driven, mission-focused collaborator who has worked at fast-paced start-ups and higher education institutions. Project management and logistics excite me! I have a significant amount of experience working with domestic and international students and staff who represent historically underrepresented communities (race, LGBTQIA+, neuro-diverse, ability, gender, nationality, etc.). My experience working internationally has allowed me to develop skills across multiple disciplines while navigating cultural and professional expectations. In previous positions, I used my experience and my M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration as I worked directly with residence life, admissions, retention, curriculum development, and people management teams. My training in mass communication (B.A. in Journalism) and creative writing (M.F.A. in Theatre) has prepared me to be a passionate storyteller who can synthesize data and craft narratives about the success and areas of growth of any organization. I am skilled in developing learning content using KPIs for customer-facing team members. I work closely with facilitators to develop the best learning objectives to achieve the desired learning/changed behaviors. I use Bloom's Taxonomy, the ADDIE Model, and the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Theory Model to develop content using Rise, Articulate 360, Canva, and other platforms. Collaborative. Strategic. Futuristic.
