Through my own education journey across China, the Netherlands, the UK, and France, I bring a personal understanding of international educational systems along with over a decade of professional experience in international higher education. This unique combination has equipped me with deep insights into both the academic and operational aspects of the industry. My career has included significant roles where I have led the expansion and improved the offerings of various educational institutions. I specialise in establishing and managing partnership collaborations across EMEA and Asia-Pacific, with a focus on Transnational Education (TNE). Furthermore, my expertise in strategic sales management has resulted in substantial growth in student enrollment and strengthened institutional partnerships globally. My approach effectively combines strong analytical capabilities with dynamic sales skills, enabling me to align commercial strategies with educational goals. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree, focusing my research on how international companies can effectively integrate psychological contracts with intercultural competence. This study aims to enhance onboarding programmes and improve employee retention, addressing critical challenges in human resource management within a global context. My work reflects a commitment to fostering inclusive and effective workplace cultures that support diverse organisational needs and contribute to sustainable employee engagement and retention on an international scale.
