Throughout my various roles I have been recognized for contributing to organizational growth by taking a proactive approach to addressing issues and identifying solutions to streamline processes and optimize results. As a supervisor, I am committed to promoting a positive, engaging, and empowering work culture by rewarding adaptability and encouraging creativity. I am also devoted to supporting team objectives and organizational goals with documented strengths in collaboration as well as building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in dynamic and multi-cultural settings. Outside of work I enjoy weight training, exploring nature with my dog and photography gear, and learning new skills.
