My career has been rooted in academia, where I honed my expertise in curriculum development, adult learning theory, and faculty mentorship. Now, I’m eager to apply this expertise in new settings that prioritize professional growth, employee development, and organizational impact. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully developed and implemented high-impact training programs that deliver measurable results. I’ve led the charge in building collaborative environments, facilitating communication workshops, and employing instructional design strategies that are rooted in adult learning principles. My leadership roles—ranging from overseeing faculty development programs to managing multidisciplinary simulation centers—have given me the unique ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that training initiatives are not only informative but also practical and results-driven. In addition to my extensive hands-on experience, I hold a PhD in Occupational Therapy, complemented by postdoctoral research in the UK.
