I’m a recent graduate of the Master’s in Employment Relations program at Memorial University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and over five years of experience in client-facing and administrative roles across various sectors. My professional journey has shaped strong skills in communication, relationship management, and organizational support, all essential for a successful HR career. At RBC, I built lasting client relationships, exceeded referral and performance targets, and earned recognition as Employee of the Quarter for outstanding service. In higher education, I facilitated career development programs, supported event coordination, and contributed to efficient academic operations. I’m now eager to apply my employment relations knowledge and practical experience to support recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace development. I’m passionate about helping organizations strengthen their people strategies while fostering inclusive and productive environments.
