About Nabeela Rahim
For as long as I can remember I have always been fascinated with animals having the desire to learn more about them specifically within the medical field. This had lead me to obtain a BA in Biology at Carleton University where I was able to expand my knowledge about the animal kingdom as well as develop an interest in animal behaviour. Though I do not have a lot of experience around animals I still have a strong passion to help them when in need, providing them with the good life they deserve like any other living being. By joining Algonquin’s veterinary technician program I want to experience more hands-on with live animals and see what would it be like to be in the medical field. Thus, with the skills I have gained from my previous work experiences and education, I wish to use them to achieve my goal of helping animals as well as to continuously learn more about them.
