As a certified data analyst with a B.Comm graduate in finance, and possessing years of experience in the in the sales compensation and customer service and dispute resolution field, I have secured myself as an analyst and servicing leader that is able to discover actionable insights from a variety of data to exceed an organization's business objectives. My core competencies include designing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive sales team motivation and revenue growth, analyzing sales performance metrics, and maintaining and correcting compensation results to enhance overall sales performance, while resolving a variety of complex stakeholder challenges regarding compensation, billing, policies and more.
