I conduct client profile reviews, follow up with clients to obtain required information and documentation, and perform KYC tasks such as monitoring, tracking, and developing action plans for the records and approval process. I have successfully completed multiple client reviews and onboarding within deadlines and quality standards, and I have contributed to the improvement of the KYC procedures and tools. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Algiers 3, and I have acquired several certifications in leadership, GDPR compliance, and anti-money laundering and terrorism financing. I have over two years of experience in customer sales and service, and KYC/AML analysis, working with different teams and organizations across the EMEA region. I have strong skills in Microsoft Office, customer service, and team consolidation. I am ambitious, self-motivated, and always keen to learn and embrace new challenges.
