In this role have experienced the customer service and satisfaction aspect of hospitality industry. Have led Café Coffee Day as Area Manager, Operations for eastern region from January 2007 to January2013. In this role have experienced all the operational aspects of retail business and had an exposure to manage all statutory compliances as required. Have led Gram Tarang Employability & Training Services (GTET), a social entrepreneurial outreach entity of Centurion University of Technology and Management as Sr. General Manger, Operations from February 2013 to March 2021. In this role have experienced to lead the stores operations, procurement operations, vendor management, People management, etc. Was responsible for opening of new training centers pan India which gave an exposure to liaison with government as well as other private organizations. Currently spearheading across with Centurion University of Technology and Management as Sr. Manager (Hospitality & Student Relations, Bhubaneswar Campus) since April 2021. In this role have been experiencing to administrate the overall hostel and hospitality aspects of the University.
