I am a Senior IT professional consultant with 13 years of experiences both in Retail and Banking Domain. I am passionate about my work experience in multiple roles such as as Senior IT Analyst and Technical Lead/SME, Senior Execution lead, Senior Middleware Developer in multiple ETL tools, Process and Release manager in Data Warehouse projects with multiple clients. Experienced of around 7 years in Retail domain as Senior developer, Team Lead (testing and development) and also as a process and Release manager in multiple projects. My responsibilities were leading Scrum team where I was taking care of both development and testing activities. My task was to communicate with business and understand the requirements, designing myself and developing the jobs (codes/flows), taking ownership till Production Go Live. Working experience in an reputed European bank (Nordea SE ) since 2018 (around 6 Yrs.). I have performed multiple roles such as Senior developer in scrum team, where I used to simplify the user stories, simplify and analyze the requirements, take a part in PI planning and developing the codes where Customer Counter Party Data used to flow to master data management system and stores all the updates of the data. Also have worked as a senior ETL developer and implemented Default management data job/code architecture and that was a great achievement for me and my team. Currently working as a Technical and Business-IT Analyst and Team leader in BASEL Regulatory Reporting (Credit Risk system) solution and others. Here my daily task is to analyze data quality issue, find out the route cause, coordinating meetings with business and IT source team, provide IT solutions, preparing change/issue impact analysis on report. Also being a part of Release management Process, also verify project documents, provide approvals and maintain them for Project use. Working with Business Stakeholders closely and analyzing Business cases to provide correct solutions to the report. This report also goes to ECB (European Central Bank) as a deliverable per every quarter.
