About Nada Hilal

Engineering leader with a background in backend systems and marketplace platforms, passionate about building reliable systems and high-performing teams.I currently lead product engineering teams responsible for services that help partners grow their business on the marketplace through incentives, promotions, and commissions. My work sits at the intersection of technical architecture, product impact, and team leadership.Previously, as a Tech Lead, I drove the architecture of the product catalog data platform, coordinating multiple teams working on ingestion pipelines, processing systems, and assortment quality enforcement — including collaboration with data science teams building proactive validation and rule-based compliance systems.I enjoy roles where I can combine technical depth with people leadership: mentoring engineers, shaping architecture, and helping teams deliver resilient systems that create real business value.Currently exploring opportunities where I can continue to lead strong engineering teams while staying close to architecture and complex backend systems.
