Indian Chartered Accountant with 12 years of experience as a financial professional in multiple roles in Finance domain and have almost worked in all of the sub-stream of Controllership. Currently working with Truckoman Group in Muscat (Serving to Oil and Gas Industry for more than 40 years) for Past one and half years and handling Operational Finance & Strategic Finance including Accounts Management, Financial reporting, Financial analysis & Planning, Treasury, Finance Management and Taxation. Prior to this, was working with Toyota Group, Gurugram - India, for past 4 years handling Group Reporting, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Analysis & Planning, Budgeting and variance analysis, Fund Management and other Operational Financial activities. Before this was part of manufacturing Companies for last 6.5 years and and managing complete finance operations, banking, MIS, reporting, Taxation, Audit, AP and AR Management. Having Overall experience in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Consolidation, Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR), Setting up Financial Controls, Internal Audit, Operation and Strategic Finance, Investor Relationship, Corporate Governance, Working Capital Management, Financial Operations (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables) across most of the finance process and sub-functions.
