Overall management of the operations (Civil and MEP). • Reviews and approves program of works, development of project staff and arrangement of different resources required for the completion and satisfactory execution of the projects. • Monitors construction progress of high quality commercial, residential and government projects. • Devising cost-effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of the project. • Managing risks to avoid delays. • Ensuring necessary permits and legal papers are secured prior to project commencement. • Assists Project Managers in the proper administration of the contracts based on international standards and resolve problem areas to mitigate schedule and cost impacts. • Ensuring Project Managers supervise and manage their own multidiscipline teams. • Making strategic decisions and providing the necessary leadership and direction for teams of Project Managers to implement those decisions. • Review and approves monthly project reports from Project Managers. • Authorization of all material requisitions. • Reviews quotations, negotiates until finalization and awarding of subcontracts. • Verifies and approves subcontractors and suppliers invoices and its certification for payment. • Preparation of reconciliation statements within the limits of the signed contracts of any arguments / disputes arises in the projects and its settlements. • Evaluation of progress bills, variations and claims. • Organizing weekly meeting concerning progress, quality, technical and safety. • Regularly meets with Clients, third parties and Project Managers to report progress. • Building strong working relationship with Clients. • Conducting researches, analytical assessments and performing presentations. • Oversee the establishment of good working relationships and proper coordination between all respective departments.
