About Nader Paslar

I build practical, ROI-driven digital transformation for enterprises across the GCC—where AI, data, and automation move beyond pilots and become real operating capability.Over the last decade+, I’ve led transformation programs across government and large corporates—spanning data platforms, CRM, process automation, low-code, and enterprise digital experience. What I’ve learned: technology only matters when it’s adopted, governed, and tied to measurable outcomes. Most recently, I led the creation and launch of CODE81 as a strategic spin-off from CNS Digital Transformation—built as a focused, AI-first transformation company with a regional footprint and delivery capability across UAE and beyond. My approach is simple:• Start with business outcomes (cost, speed, risk, CX)• Design the right architecture and delivery model• Build reusable accelerators so results compound• Leave clients with capability, not dependencyIf you’re a CIO/COO/CDO or transformation leader working through AI adoption, data modernization, automation, CRM modernization, or low-code scale-up—happy to compare notes and share what’s worked in similar environments.Best way to reach me: send a DM with what you’re trying to achieve and where it’s getting stuck.
