As a learning and development trainer and quality control analyst at Quanterix, I bring over 6 years of experience and passion to the biotechnology industry. My mission is to empower and inspire others to achieve their full potential, while leveraging my skills in public speaking, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. I hold a bachelor's degree in biology and a certification in public speaking foundations from LinkedIn. In my current role, I design and facilitate engaging and effective training programs that align with the company's vision, values, and goals. I also lead the stability team and oversee all aspects of stability testing, raw material testing, and discovery experimentation. I have improved the efficiency and accuracy of the stability testing process, by implementing new protocols, methods, and tools. Additionally, I have applied my hospitality skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, where I support and mentor my colleagues, and provide constructive feedback and recognition. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I am proud to be part of a company that is advancing the science of precision health.
