I’m an internal account manager and my work experiences in sales have made me more and more passionate about this sector and over the years I have acquired skills of all kinds: analysis of sales data, understanding the target market through customer feedback, having skills in the digital field, and in using CRM software. But the internal training courses were fundamental, which allowed me to have other types of skills as well; In fact, I learned to communicate in a convincing way, Building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers and colleagues, problem solving, prioritizing tasks, and adapting quickly to changes. I have worked with clients from every sector, from detergents to pharma, which remains my favorite sector as I have a degree in CTF with a master's degree in quality control.
