About Nadia Armouti

As a transformation mobilizer, I thrive in environments that are ripe with opportunities for strategic change. I formulate and advance strategies that transform people and process infrastructure to support emergent and evolving needs with agility. Here is what I offer: HR TRANSFORMATION AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT At ADM, I spearheaded a $10M+ digital transformation project across 26 countries and employees. In one year, I transformed HR infrastructure across digital technology, data, and business processes, increasing HR effectiveness by 60%. I designed and implemented a global HR system, evolved decades-old business processes, and cultivated strategic change perceptions that celebrated new possibilities—hitting 90% change adoption in 2 months. At the end of my tenure, I had slashed HR administrative workload by half and doubled position data accuracy. OPERATIONS TRANSFORMATION AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT At Jason Haam, I restructured the operations infrastructure for this contemporary art gallery. In 5 months, I designed and implemented new project management processes across exhibitions and art fairs, increasing efficiency by 150%. I forecasted project needs and infused the operations framework with agile pivot points to leverage art market uncertainty for strategic gain—successfully facilitating $10M in revenue from art sales. My transformation initiative also led to a 50% decrease in turnover. FUTURE TRANSFORMATIONS I mobilize transformations, and I’m interested in helping you mobilize yours.
