About Nadia Beale

I oversee MSL's (Publicis Groupe) daily operations and led its transformation into one of Canada’s most respected communications agencies. With a track record of uninterrupted growth at the company over several years, I have demonstrated how earned media, social media and influencer marketing can enrich a business and propel it to success. My passion for pushing the boundaries of PR and elevating it into a true strategic advantage for brands has put me at the forefront of some of this country’s most innovative and iconic campaigns, from organizations like P&G, Amazon and Indigo. At the same time, I have led a cultural evolution at MSL while managing multiple moving parts through the transition, including MSL’s successful shift from an in-office workplace to a flexible environment. As a deeply committed community advocate, I developed the community giving practice at MSL, implementing employee engagement initiatives that have strengthened the agency’s brand equity while giving back to local causes. I have helped to elevate diversity, equity and inclusion throughout our business practice as co-lead of MSL’s DE & I committee. Together with the incredible MSL Senior Leadership Team, I've shaped the agency into a PR powerhouse where careers are nurtured and the team thrives on a culture of curiosity, collaboration and communication.
