About Nadia Beauquis

As a Deputy Project Director at Alstom, I have over 15 years of experience project management and quality in, 25 years in the railway and automotive industries in international, multicultural and complex environment including 10 years located abroad, As electrical engineer, I also hold an EMBA degree and an IRCA Lead Auditor certification, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in business and quality standards. Currently, I am Deputy Project Director for the CMR Consortium Tren Maya Project, a major infrastructure project in Mexico that involves the design, supply, and installation of the Signaling system, depot equipment, construction of maintenance depot (partners) and rolling stock for the Tren Maya. Previously, I was involved in the Edmonton Valley Line LRT Project, a CAD$1.8 billion project that delivered a 13 km low-floor urban light rail line in Canada. In both projects, I worked closely with the Project Director and the project teams to ensure the quality, safety, and timely delivery of the project deliverables, as well as the smooth handover to the operation and maintenance teams. I also led the quality activities for the AMECA region, overseeing six industrial sites and over 50 projects, and achieving 90% of the strategy action plan and 95% of the KPIs.
