Currently, I proudly contribute to ERNI's Customer division, a Swiss software engineering firm renowned for its expertise in designing intricate software solutions for highly regulated industries. ERNI boasts a global team of over 900 skilled engineers across eight countries, dedicated to propelling our clients' digital transformation while fostering professional growth within the organization. In my role, I manage both commercial and service aspects, overseeing the entire service life cycle, including sales strategy, quality assurance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. My experience includes developing high-performance teams, cultivating a collaborative work environment, and continuously driving personal and collective growth among all team members.
