About Nadia Hitman

Experienced global marketing leader with a background in tech for high-growth startups and well-known international household brands we all love and use in our daily lives. A versatile generalist with 20+ years of expertise across strategy, driving digital growth, building loved brands, performance online ads, product marketing, comms and cross-org people leadership. With a data-driven and audience-first approach, I like to build profitable and lovable brands that drive business growth impacting the lives of millions of consumers worldwide. One of my superpowers is to combine consumer insights with data to create marketing strategies, branding and creatives that drive growth and differentiated positioning. I’m passionate about understanding what motivates people and leveraging the right channels to achieve results. A project management geek with a get things done mindset, I'm a zero to 100 builder that is purpose-driven and resilient. I build high-performing teams by being growth-driven, creative and a positive motivator. I also love to give back to the community as a marketing lecturer for MBA students at Hebrew University and IDC, as well as paying it forward by mentoring Olim.
