With my Advanced HR Diploma from AUC School of Business Executive Education and my Human Capital Management expertise, I support the company's growth and development by implementing effective HR policies, processes, and systems. I have over 4 years of experience in leading and supervising HR teams and projects in different sectors, such as consultancy, IT, and SAP. At DBS, I have contributed to the recruitment, training, and development of talent across the organization, using my skills in HR, SAP, communication, and leadership. I have also enhanced the employee engagement, performance, and retention by creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence. My educational background in Archeology from Cairo University gives me a unique perspective and passion for learning and exploring new cultures and fields.
