About Nadia Pond

Having been in the recruitment industry for almost 30 years, it has and remains challenging with the utmost rewards, which is simply achieved by being true to both your candidates and clients' alike. Constantly adapting to suit their needs by both listening and acting on their requirements conscientiously and with integrity. I very much work with a "can do" approach to business, liaising with clients on a daily basis and making it my personal responsibility to ensure that the service delivered exceeds both service levels and their expectations of a recruiter.Prior to Ainsley Morgan’s' inception, I gained my recruiting experience through a reputable and renowned company based in The Strand, London for a period of 10 years. During this time, I experienced a wide range of operational and management roles in both temporary and permanent recruitment. I competed against 120 other branches and was awarded the title of Branch Manager of the Year in 1990 during a recession which was extremely rewarding.I began my working career within the NHS and left after 8 years having acquired solid managerial skills amongst other transferable attributes.I’m a Member of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation), a Member of the IoD (Institute of Directors). I have been on the Board of Directors of Bromley College of H & FE and have contributed as a Board Member of the Bromley Chamber of Commerce.
