As a Global Payroll Operations Supervisor, I lead a team of client account managers and I am responsible for executing operational tasks to provide on time, compliant payroll for multi-country organizations. I ensure a smooth relationship with account managers, global clients, internal teams and partners to improve the customer experience, team engagement and enhance our service & product. Having worked as senior client account manager, team lead and onboarding lead prior to my promotion in 2022 at ADP, I have strong expertise in payroll specifics across EMEA countries. I enjoy working in dynamic environments, managing the team performance and handling challenging scenarios. With relevant experience in HR administration, recruitment, customer support and managing tours on board cruise ships, I am adaptable, with efficient communication skills to drive success in any organization.
