About Nadia Tawfik

Nadia is a specialist Barrister and Arbitrator who practises exclusively in Family law, appearing in Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal and the High Court on a regular basis. She is ranked in the Legal 500 as a Leading Junior for both Divorce & Financial Remedy and Public and Private Children Law. Nadia is also a qualified Private Law Children Arbitrator under the IFLA Scheme (Institute of Family Law Arbitrators). Nadia is noted as a robust, tenacious and diligent advocate who has appeared at Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal, where she was praised for her ‘commendable advocacy’. She has also been commended by the President of the Family Division. Despite her formidable style, Nadia remains acutely aware of the stressful and sensitive nature of Court proceedings for the parties. She always endeavours to reassure clients whilst providing them with realistic and pragmatic advice.
