I joined Zitko Group back in 2018 after spending many years recruiting in a variety of industries and the opportunity to learn a specialist industry is something I have always been keen to do and now 6 years later, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge within the Fire and Security Industry with a keen focus within the integration market across both the UK and USA. At Zitko, we provide a wide range of people, talent and resourcing solutions in the Fire and Security industry. Working as a trusted resourcing partner over the years has allowed Zitko to develop products which are proven to aid and support so many of our clients growth, retention and branding goals. Building the right workforce does have its challenges. We have skilled recruiters who are experienced in contingent resourcing, sub-contract, SOW and mass hire campaigns. Zitko can also provide more imbedded and commercially driven products such as Talent™, Managed Service and RPO services. We also know that maintaining a winning workforce is more important than the actual resourcing itself. So, we have listened closely to our clients and developed “real life” tested programs which will support those crucial business elements around retention, engagement, intelligence and company/market branding.
