My professional journey there began as a human resources specialist, where I covered all facets of human resources management: being a contact person for employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources issues, recruiting, talent management, personnel development and retention management. I was able to support a lot of exciting and international projects that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Since the last years my whole heart is now dedicated to recruiting and actively sourcing great new talents for congatec. With a lot of enthusiasm, ideas and, above all, a lot of perseverance (yes, you dear talents, you are not always easy to find ). I'm always looking for great personalities who enjoy thinking outside the box and discovering new territory and who want to enrich our #teamcongatec.
