About Nadja Cramer

My expertise is in facilitating individual and team processes, be it for sustained change or innovative strategy. A natural systems thinker, I focus on co-creating with my clients the conditions for people to work together at their best. I am a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Female Leadership values. In coaching I focus on the whole individual and the systemic relationships within the group or team. Being a mindful coach and attentive listener with an authentic curiosity, I am passionate about holding space for my clients to be, make meaningful shifts and sustained outcomes in a safe environment. I am an EMCC Global Accredited Coach and a certified Narrative Coach. My background is in mechanical engineering and I hold a MSc in system- and control engineering from the Technical University in Delft – Netherlands. I started my career as a mergers & acquisition analyst at a London investment bank prior to deciding to join Shell where I spent 10 years in various parts of the business from new business development to contracts & procurement and from plant operations to social impact. Afterwards I ran several startup initiatives in sustainable development and renewable energy and was co-founder of a clean technology company. I am passionate about high performing teams, where I always take a mindful and holistic viewpoint. My belief is that “People don't resist change, they resist being changed."- Peter Senge. I am dedicated to serving others and love my various volunteering roles, amongst others with Edconnect as a mentor to senior high school students facing challenges, community services at my local elderly day centre and deepening culture awareness at Australia's premier Indigenous event Garma in North East Arnhemland with the Yolngu people. I love the outdoors, being in nature and activating my sensory system through observing, noticing and feeling. I enjoy the ocean for morning swims and afternoon kite surfing and have travelled and camped for 15 months with my family through the Australian Outback, homeschooling our two children. I love music, playing and coaching team sports and I sing in a band for fun.
