A Possibility: Mindfulness & High Performance Hi! My name is Nadja Hapke. I am a Syst. Business Coach and Body Psychologist located in Berlin in a beautiful studio near KaDeWe. I believe, that everything is a conscious or unconscious strategy. Inspired by professional musicians or athletes, I see, that there is no excellence without training and love. And as such, I jump into both with my clients, to understand and reach their goals. Professionals are training both body and mind. And did you know, that they use their emotions, rather than suppress them? Four things you will experience with me: My focus is on illuminating mindsets and training softskills. Together, you and I will increase consciousness within yourself and/or your team and organization. 25 years of experience in coaching executives, lawyers, and teams, finding opportunities to empower performance, communication, and even overall health. Thanks to many circumstances, I grew up, studied and worked all over Europe, India, Nepal, as well as Vietnam. I admire Cultural Diversity. A growth mindset, including curiosity, humor, and the belief even in the impossible. Just like professionals, I challenge belief systems and explore what is behind or within or around, or missing; with full commitment. Clearly good questions.
