Being action-oriented, industrious, buoyant with a healthy dose of ambition; I rarely allow puzzles to conquer logic and use all relevant details to navigate towards solutions. I draw satisfaction from breaking complexities into bite-sized, easy to digest blocks, with the sole goal of helping people and organizations alike, come to a better understanding of the rules, legislation and directives surrounding intellectual property and their hard-earned royalties. My mission is to organize, structure and build sustainable information frameworks and stay ahead of industry demands by utilizing ICT optimally. Despite being a keen observer of trend and having a natural knack for surmising focus areas for optimal revenue growth, I firmly believe in the power of educated and data driven decision making. Having a background as opera singer, I thrive in a high-paced, creative and stimulating environment. The performing arts but also (new) digital platforms where performers’ interests need to be protected are my core interests. I believe this to be achievable by building and deploying the best-in-class back office system and optimizing existing procedures in an organization, passionate about the arts.
