About Nadja Stanzel

I have been working in post trade for more than 25 years. One of my focus was onboarding, introduction, corporate action and settlement of registered shares. Here I was the banks and issuer contact, developing new processes for corporate actions, defining system enhancements. I have worked several times in creating test approaches, test preperations as well as coordinated test executions and its management reporting. I was involved in the Clearstream Banking CAH project (Corporate Action Harmonization). In earlier years I represented Clearstream Banking AG in regulatory affairs with federal and Statement authorities as well as on European Level such ad EU commission, ECSDA (European CSD association) and comparable institutions. In the T2S project I took over the INR (internal readiness) activities for settlement. In May 2023 I joined the Global Issuance Services of Clearstream Banking. I am now coordinating automation initiatives to make Global Issuance Services more scalable and free human capacity for topic where human engagement is crucial. My second passion is the hosting and moderating of two quaterly townhalls which are meant to foster communication and by this collaboration.
