About Nadya Boneva

More than 15 years of extensive international experience in the project management, administration, monitoring, assessment and evaluation of projects in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable regional and rural development and Cross-Border Cooperation; • Specific experience in working on Local environmental action plans, environmental and strategic environmental impact assessments; • Strong background in monitoring and evaluation of multiannual programmes, projects and grant schemes financed by Structural funds and other EC Funds, other donors (including planning and financial management); • Analytical and research oriented experience associated with previous positions in the Bulgarian State Administration, NGOs, business and projects funded by various donors; • Strategic planning and management of PHARE programme, including participation in Programme Cycle Management and preparation of project fiches; • Knowledge of the overall region of Central and Eastern Europe, ENPI countries. • Extensive experience with organizing and conducting training courses, including on-the-job training; • Strong communication and organizational skills, problem solving and decision making ability; • Preparation of design and tender documentation of project proposals for funding from the OP "Regional Development (OPRD) 2007 to 2013. • Preparation of project documentation of project proposals for funding from the Operational Program "Competitiveness" • Preparation of project fishes for various donors; • Analysis of options for funding NGOs, SMEs and local authorities in various grant programs; • Marketing research and strategies.
