At The Mendoza Group, I lead integrated multicultural campaigns that combine traditional media (Print, Radio, OOH, Digital) with non-traditional strategies such as grassroots outreach and influencer marketing to create authentic, community-driven connections. My work ensures that messaging doesn't just reach audiences—it resonates deeply, especially in underserved and diverse communities. I’ve led strategic initiatives for organizations including the PA Departments of Health, Commonwealth Charter Academy, AmeriHealth, and Pennie—driving impactful results across multilingual audiences. Through strong collaboration with nonprofits, community-based organizations (CBOs), and trusted community influencers, I expand campaign reach and effectiveness at the hyperlocal level. With a Master’s in World Economics and deep expertise in cross-cultural marketing, media buying, and community engagement, I manage the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and vendor negotiations to execution and reporting. My focus is always on building trust, fostering equity, and delivering real-world impact. Outside of work, I stay inspired by organizing local networking events, pursuing real estate ventures, and traveling with my family and our dog—because connection and curiosity fuel everything I do.
