Being a CA (SA), I am highly adaptable to change and enjoy working in dynamic environments solving problems for my clients. My relationship building skills allow me to understand and critically analyze problems in order to tailor a unique solution that suits my client’s needs. I am controls orientated and constantly find myself identifying and evaluating risks, both financial and operational, that may hinder an organization’s ability to achieve their strategic goals and objectives. I am a spontaneous individual with a variety of skills in the fields of internal auditing, financial management, risk and compliance. My niche involves business development, training and mentoring, networking and innovation. The key to remaining motivated in my role is being able to work in a variety of industries where each represents a different challenge. I am therefore driven by my ability to spark change and create solutions to overcome hurdles. One of my x-factors include my unique ability to remain calm in the most stressful of situations, this therefore allows me to assess conflicts adequately and provide impactful responses. My hobbies include participating in outdoor activities with my family and socializing. Being a mother to two young kids poses numerous challenges however effective delegation, planning and communication allows me to maintain an effective work-life balance. My educational traits coupled with my diverse experience in a variety of clients, both in the listed space as well as the public sector allow me to bring a value added approach to any organization.
