About Nagaraj Basarkod

An obedient student of experience and mistakes. My attitude of being a leader and a follower makes me unique. I started my career as an individual contributor which minimal management, which set the pace of learning in iOS app engineering. I worked as a contractor at Hike & Honeywell, which exposed me to the agility of startups and structured conglomerates. I harvested my cumulative learning in Signify to mentor young talents, leading the team in agile methodologies, and took up the role of product owner & scrum master. My journey in Signify prepared me to take up the part of leading the app development team in WorkLLama. I am heading the app development team responsible for delivering a robust mobile app for the WorkLLama platform. I am putting all my cumulated learning into practice to lead the team and manage different stakeholders. I am proud to say there has been a positive change in the team's productivity after I took over leading the team.
