I am an Operations and People Leader with over 25 years' experience delivering business continuity solutions and continuous improvement strategies, working in the banking, insurance and financial services sectors across APAC. I have always been fascinated by how things work and how they can be made better, placing particular emphasis on effective people management and succession planning. Beginning my career in business and communications and moving into software and technology, I now take my extensive knowledge and experience of operations, sales and business development and apply it to people, processes, policies and procedures.
